The challenge
Running a cleaning business means coordinating schedules, technicians, and jobs across many moving parts. That information tends to live in separate tools and messages, which makes it harder to see what is happening on any given day.
The approach
I designed and built a focused operations dashboard around the daily workflow: scheduling, job visibility, and team coordination. Custom APIs and integrations connect the software to the rest of the business stack so information moves between tools instead of being re-entered by hand.
The outcome
Squeaky Clean now has a dedicated operations hub that gives the team one place to plan and track the work, built to grow alongside the business and its automations.
